    By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

    GL provides leadership development and training services, including but not limited to:
    • Online and in-person training programs
    • Coaching services
    • Educational content and resources
    • Community platforms and forums
    • Webinars, workshops, and events

    You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

      • Maintain and update your account information
      • Keep your login credentials confidential
      • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
    • Account Responsibility 
      You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. GL is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

    • User Content 
      By submitting content to our services, you grant GL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services. 

  7. Payment and Billing 
    • Fees 
      Fees for our services are as posted on our website or as agreed upon in writing. All fees are non-refundable and final upon payment. 
    • Payment Processing 
      Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. 
    • No Refunds Policy 
      All payments for our services, including but not limited to training programs, coaching, consulting services, and educational content, are final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of:
      • Completion or non-completion of programs
      • Satisfaction with services
      • Changes in personal or business circumstances
      • Technical issues or access problems
      In exceptional circumstances involving technical failures on our part that prevent service delivery, we may, at our sole discretion, offer service credits or alternative arrangements.

    Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 

  9. Disclaimers 
    • Service Availability 
      We strive to provide continuous service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

      Our content and services are for educational and developmental purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for specific situations.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, GL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. 
    Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to GL in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

    • Your violation of these Terms
    • Your violation of any third-party rights
    • Any content you submit or share

  12. Termination

    • Termination by Us 
      We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. 
    • Effect of Termination 
      Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

  13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 
    • Governing Law 
      These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. 
    • Dispute Resolution 
      Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through direct negotiation, mediation, arbitration, court litigation, or any other method chosen on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado for any legal proceedings.

    We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes by:

      For custom services including consulting, coaching programs, organizational training, and other tailored engagements, specific terms will be governed by these Terms and a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement that outlines:

      • Deliverables and timelines
      • Fees and payment terms
      • Specific intellectual property arrangements
      • Confidentiality requirements
      • Change management procedures
    • Confidentiality 
      During any service engagement where we may have access to your confidential information, we agree to:
      • Maintain strict confidentiality of your proprietary information
      • Use confidential information solely for providing services
      • Return or destroy confidential information upon request
      • Not disclose information to unauthorized third parties
    • Client Responsibilities 
      For custom service projects, you agree to:
      • Provide timely access to necessary personnel and information
      • Respond promptly to requests for feedback and approvals
      • Implement recommendations at your own discretion and risk
      • Communicate any concerns or changes in scope promptly
    • Performance and Results 
      While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Success depends on various factors, including implementation, market conditions, and organizational factors beyond our control.
