Our Mission
The Institute for Generative Leadership has been producing leaders and effecting change in organizations for over 20 years. Robert “Bob” Dunham founded the institute after spending time at Stanford, Motorola and Business Design Associates and years of study with prominent teachers. The Institute for Generative Leadership produces embodied learning, rather than just theory, in management and leadership, and draws on the work of Dr. Fernando Flores in ontology, language and action, and the work of Dr. Richard Strozzi-Heckler in the discipline of Somatic Leadership.
The Foundations of Generative Leadership course is a transformative introduction to the principles of Generative, language, action, commitments and leadership. FGL is the entry point to the multi-year The Generative Leadership Program (for Managers and Executives) and Coaching Excellence in Organizations (for Executive Coaches). The offer of the Institute is a working professionals learning experience, designed for individuals and/or teams to develop real world strategies and tools that are not just theoretical but embodied. You develop skills while actively engaged in your work be it as a manager, business leader, executive or coach. This Generative Leadership experience is impactful both personally and professionally. It helps today’s developing leaders invent a better future for themselves, their families and their organizations. Take a moment and fill out the information request form ->
